Electrum Cosmetics does not offer returns. All sales are final. 

You have up to 24 hours after the order has been placed to cancel. If the 24 hour window has closed, Electrum Cosmetics is unable to cancel your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive any items that are damaged, please send pictures to Electrumcosmetics.cs@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
