PRE-ORDER UPDATES

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 29, 2O24

Any January orders will be shipping the week of April 29th! Don't forget to check the order status page for updates. If you see a tracking number added to your order but no movement, we have packed your order and it is ready for shipment. However, Electrum Cosmetics will be dropping all orders at the Post Office on the same day.

 

Please also note: Once orders are dropped at the Post Office, it can take the postal system an extra day or two for tracking to update as it moves through the system. Once a package has been dropped at the post office, Electrum Cosmetics is unable to provide updates; please refer to the tracking number sent to you.

Not Receiving Order Updates?

We have received an influx of emails regarding missing updates that are posted to Electrum Cosmetics and emailed. Please also note: if you unsubscribe from emails, you will no longer receive any updates regarding orders. If you may have unsubscribed from email updates, please visit our website to re-subscribe. Some emails may be filtered into spam or other folders. UPDATE AS OF APRIL 12, 2O24

Any order placed in January is projected to ship the week of April 29th. Keep an eye on your inbox for shipping updates the week of April 29th. Please also note, once an item has been dropped at the post office, it may take a day or two for tracking to update as it moves through the system. Once a package has been dropped at the post office, Electrum Cosmetics is unable to provide updates; please refer to the tracking number sent to you.

UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 21, 2O24

Please note that weather across the USA has impacted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to name a few.  (It is not limited to these carriers). The winter weather has halted and/or delayed packages in transit. Please be mindful that this does impact shipments from Electrum Cosmetics.  After the package has been delivered to the postal/carrier service, it is no longer under the control of Electrum Cosmetics. Please refer back to the tracking number provided to you for shipping updates.

UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 24, 2O23 

Thank you for all of the support with the misfit launch! Orders are currently being worked on and should be shipping soon. In the past week, I had to take a pause due to illness.


I will hopefully be resuming operation soon. I am expecting orders — that were promised January 8th — to ship more toward the week of the 15th. *Please note: the holidays do impact shipping times globally. If you have any questions please reach out via email.

UPDATE AS OF OCTOBER 4, 2O23 

CELESTIAL WITCH PRE-ORDER ROUND 2 & 3:

I am currently working on getting rounds 2 and 3 of the pre-orders for the Celestial Witch completed and shipped on time. I am still having issues with my back. It is a bit slow-moving, but I am expecting to ship rounds 2 and 3 of the Celestial Witch by the end of October. I strive for on-time shipments. I wanted to apologize for the delays and thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Being solely owned and operated, a setback in my health can impact shipping times.

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 6, 2O23 

CELESTIAL WITCH PACKAGING:

Thank you for your continued patience with the Celestial Witch. With round 1 shipping soon, I wanted to update you on packaging for the palette. During shipment of the PR packages for Celestial Witch, it was brought to my attention that some shades were still received broken in the magnetic packaging.

 

To ensure you receive your product in one piece, I will be gluing in the shadows for the full palette. They will no longer be magnetic. I want to ensure you receive your palette and shadows undamaged.

 

If you would like to still receive your Celestial Witch palette, but with the shades NOT glued in, this can be done. However, the lead time could be a little bit longer. Shades will need to be individually packaged and labeled.

 

If you would like to receive your shades NOT GLUED IN, you must:

1) E-mail electrumcosmetics.cs@gmail.com

2) Include Your Order # in the Subject Line & Body of the E-mail

3) Your Request for Individually Packaged Shadows

 

*PLEASE NOTE: I will not be checking DMs or Chats on the Website for these requests. They must be submitted via email by 1:00 pm EST, September 8th.

UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 26, 2O23 

CELESTIAL WITCH + CELESTIAL WITCH SINGLES:

Round 1 of pre-orders of the Celestial Witch, and any singles are projected to ship by the end of September. Original projection was the week of Labor Day, but due to the holiday in the United States the shipment would be delayed, regardless. Also, with continued back issues, production has been slow with hand pressing the shadows and packaging. Electrum Cosmetics strives to ship orders on-time but with recent medical issues, product creation has been slower than normal. Thank you for your continued patience!

CELESTIAL WITCH + CELESTIAL WITCH SINGLES:

Round 1 of pre-orders of the Celestial Witch, and any singles are projected to ship the week of September 4th. Please keep in mind, this is also Labor Day weekend in the United States, so the postal service will be slower than normal.

 

I wanted to send apologies for any confusion on the listing of the Celestial Witch palette - the first pre-order is set to ship the week of 9/4, not on 9/4. Thank you for the understanding!
