Meet Cecaelia (pronounced sih-SEE-lee-uh), a 9-pan palette full of pure, sparkly multichrome magic.

A cecaelia (plural: cecaeliae) is a mythical aquatic creature possessing the upper torso of a human and the lower half of an octopus or squid.
Accompanied with this 9-pan palette release is a multi-chrome highlight in Salt Water, which can be purchased separately.
